When two cultures meet, a wedding becomes something new: two families learning each other’s traditions, two ceremonies in one weekend, speeches in two languages and a dance floor where every playlist is welcome. We photograph and film fusion weddings as one story, with both sides told in full.
We have filmed weddings that bring traditions together, including a Hindu and Jewish wedding, and we understand that a multicultural wedding is about more than the order of service. It is about making sure both families feel seen: that the grandparents who flew in for the ceremony are photographed as carefully as the friends who came for the party, and that the rituals of each side are covered with the same understanding.
Two ceremonies, one story
Many fusion weddings have two ceremonies. Some couples hold a civil ceremony or a church wedding and a Hindu or Sikh ceremony on the same day, with a change of outfits in between. Others spread them across a weekend, or hold a traditional ceremony months later in another country. However you plan it, we help you build a timeline that gives each ceremony room to breathe and leaves time for portraits in every look.
- We learn both traditions. Before the day we ask you to talk us through each ceremony, its key moments and the people who matter most in it.
- We respect every place of worship. Churches, temples, gurdwaras, mosques and synagogues each have their own rules, and we always ask and follow them.
- We plan the family photographs so both families are covered fully, including the relatives who may not speak the same language.
- We tell one story. Your gallery and your film move naturally from one tradition to the other, so it feels like one wedding, not two.
Bilingual families, blended traditions
Speeches in two languages, readings from two traditions, a ceremony led by two officiants: these are the details that make a multicultural wedding feel so personal. In your film, we keep every word, and we can talk about subtitles for speeches and vows so that both sides of the family can follow everything. In your photographs, we look for the small moments where the two cultures meet: a grandmother tying a thread, a father learning a dance step, two families toasting in two languages.
We know what it means to bring families together from every corner of the world. Whether yours is an Asian and English wedding, an African or Caribbean celebration with a white wedding, a Jewish interfaith wedding or a destination wedding abroad, we would love to hear about it.
Pricing, event by event
Each ceremony and celebration is priced as its own event, so you only pay for what you need. Photography starts from £830 and film from £1,430. See our collections.
Your questions, answered
Can you cover two ceremonies on the same day?
Yes. We plan the timeline with you, including travel between venues and outfit changes, and if the day is long or the ceremonies overlap we can talk about a larger team.
Can you add subtitles to our film?
Ask us. If you can provide a translation of speeches or readings, we can talk about adding subtitles so both families can follow every word.
Our ceremonies are in different countries. Can you come to both?
Yes. Each is priced as an event, with travel and accommodation added at cost. See our destination weddings.
