Bromley Wedding Photographer & Videographer

Bromley is London’s largest borough by area, and it feels like two places at once: a busy town centre with good rail links into the city, and miles of commons, woods and farmland running out towards Kent. Our studio is in Beckenham, inside the same borough, so a Bromley wedding is a short drive for us.

That mix gives your photographs real range. In one afternoon you can have a formal ceremony, a walk across an open common and a reception in a country house, without anyone spending the day in a car.

Getting married in Bromley

Civil ceremonies across the borough are arranged through the Bromley register office, and the room is often the first part of a longer day. We cover the signing and the walk out quietly, then follow you to the reception. Our page on civil ceremonies explains how we work in register offices, where the rules on photography can vary.

Popular venues include Sundridge Park Manor, a Georgian mansion set in parkland near Bromley town, and the Bromley Court Hotel, which suits larger receptions. In Chislehurst, couples marrying at St Nicholas Church have the common and its ponds a few steps away for portraits.

Town and country

  • Chislehurst. A village feel, old churches and a wooded common that holds the light well into the evening.
  • Keston and High Elms. Ponds, beech woods and quiet paths for couples who want natural, outdoor portraits.
  • Orpington and the villages beyond. Lanes, fields and farm buildings where London gives way to the countryside.

Because so much of Bromley is green, summer weddings here can run late into the evening light. In winter we plan portraits for the early afternoon, then use the warm light of the venue indoors.

Every faith, every family

Bromley weddings are as varied as the borough. We photograph and film Christian, Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Jewish, civil, African, Caribbean and fusion weddings, from a church service in the morning to an Asian wedding reception that runs well past midnight.

One team covers both photography and film. Photography starts from £830 and film from £1,430, and travel across the borough is included. See our collections, or our pages for Beckenham and Sevenoaks if your plans reach either side of Bromley.

Your questions, answered

Is travel included for a wedding in Bromley?

Yes. Travel is included within 50 miles of our studio in Beckenham, and the whole borough is well inside that.

Can we have portraits somewhere away from the venue?

Often, yes. Chislehurst Common, Keston and many local parks are close to venues across the borough. We plan the timing so a short trip does not eat into your drinks reception, and we check whether a spot needs permission.

How soon will you reply to our enquiry?

Within one working day. Tell us your date and venue and we will confirm whether we are free.
