We are based in London and happy to go anywhere. From Spain to Marrakech, we have followed couples abroad, and we would love to follow you.
Our creative director grew up between cultures and continents, so we know what it means to bring family together from every corner of the world. Destination weddings have all the moments of a wedding at home, plus a few more: welcome dinners, beach mornings, a farewell brunch. We plan with you so the days feel unhurried, and so your photographs and film tell the whole story of the trip.
The whole trip, not just the day
When everyone has travelled to be with you, the wedding rarely fits into a single afternoon. You choose which parts you would like us there for, and we price each one as its own event.
- The welcome. Arrivals, a welcome dinner or drinks, and the first time everyone is in one place.
- The wedding day. Preparations, the ceremony, portraits in the best light, dinner, speeches and the party, covered exactly as we would at home.
- The day after. A relaxed portrait session somewhere you love, or a farewell brunch before everyone flies home.
- Multi-day celebrations. Mehndi, sangeet, civil ceremony and religious ceremony on different days, as many Asian and fusion weddings abroad are planned.
Simple, honest travel pricing
- Your coverage is priced exactly as it is at home: get your price for the days you need.
- Travel and accommodation are added at cost, with no markup.
- Extra days, such as a welcome party or day-after shoot, are added as extra events.
Wedding photography starts from £830 and wedding films from £1,430. See all our collections.
Planning from a distance
Planning a wedding in another country is easier with suppliers who have done the thinking before. A few things we talk through with every destination couple:
- Light and heat. In southern Europe and North Africa the midday sun is fierce and flattering to nobody. Many couples move the ceremony later in the afternoon, so portraits fall in the softer light before sunset.
- Permissions. Beaches, historic sites and public squares may need a permit for photography, filming or ceremonies. Your venue or planner usually knows the local rules, and we will ask the right questions early.
- The legal side. Many couples hold a short civil ceremony in the UK and a celebration abroad. We are happy to cover both, so they sit together in one set of photographs and one film.
- Travel days. We usually arrive the day before, so we can see the venue, find the light and be fresh for the morning. We book travel once your plans are fixed and share every cost with you.
Elopements abroad
Not every destination wedding has a hundred guests. If it is just the two of you, or a handful of people on a hillside or a quiet beach, we keep the team small and the day simple. See our intimate weddings and elopements for how we approach smaller days.
What you receive
Everything you would receive at home: a sneak peek within days, your full edited gallery usually within four weeks, and your films within two to three months, depending on the season. See a wedding in Spain, or tell us where you are going on a quick call.
Your questions, answered
How much do you charge for a destination wedding?
Your coverage is priced exactly as it would be at home, and travel and accommodation are added at cost, with no markup. Get your price for the days you need and we will add a travel estimate for your destination.
Do you need to book our flights and accommodation?
We usually book our own travel once your plans are confirmed and pass on the cost. If your venue or planner has rooms set aside for suppliers, that often works well too.
Can you cover several days?
Yes. Welcome dinners, day-after shoots and multi-day celebrations are each added as extra events, so you only pay for the parts you would like covered.
Can you film drone aerials abroad?
Drone aerials are an optional extra for our films, where the venue, the local rules and the airspace allow. Rules differ from country to country, so we check what is possible for your location before the day.
